The Five-Pillar Scorecard

Assess your baseline. Identify the gaps. Build the system.

Twenty honest questions across the five domains that decide how a man’s life actually goes. At the end you get a scored breakdown of where you stand today, your weakest pillar named plainly, and the first protocol to close it.

Not a generic PDF everybody receives. Your result depends entirely on your answers.

Most men are strong in two and quietly failing in three.

That’s the pattern. The guy who trains six days a week hasn’t spoken honestly to another man in a year. The one running a great business hasn’t been present at dinner since spring. Both of them think the problem is discipline. It isn’t. It’s that nobody ever showed them the whole board.

You can’t fix what you haven’t measured, and you can’t measure what you won’t look at honestly. That’s the entire point of this scorecard. Five minutes of telling yourself the truth is worth more than another year of working hard on the pillar you were already good at.

What the scorecard measures

01

Physical

Training consistency, sleep, what you actually eat, and whether your energy holds through the afternoon. Not how you look — how you function at 4pm on a hard day.

02

Mental

Whether you run your day or it runs you. Focus, follow-through on what you said you’d do, and how you behave in the hour after something goes wrong.

03

Leadership

Whether your work owns you or you own it. Systems, delegation, financial clarity, and whether the operation survives a week without you in it.

04

Fatherhood

Presence, not hours. Whether your family gets the best version of you or the leftovers, and whether the standards you talk about are the ones they actually see.

05

Brotherhood

Whether anyone would notice if you went quiet for a month. The pillar most men score lowest on, and the one that props up all the others when things get hard.

What you get back

A score for each pillar

Five numbers, side by side. The gap between your best and worst is usually the whole story.

Your weakest link, named

Not softened. The pillar dragging the rest down, and an honest read on what that costs you.

The first protocol

One thing to start, matched to your lowest pillar. Not a reading list. One thing.
