Coaching
Direct work with me on your five pillars — your training, your sleep, your business, your marriage, the whole board rather than the one piece you came in asking about.
I take very few men at a time, because the only version of this worth paying for is the one where I actually know your situation. When there’s no room, there’s no room.
Most men hire the wrong specialist.
A man who can’t stay consistent in the gym hires a trainer. Nine times out of ten the training was never the problem — he’s sleeping five hours, his business is eating every evening, and he’s carrying something he hasn’t said out loud to anybody in two years. A better program doesn’t touch any of that.
I’ve been on both sides of this. I ran a business into the ground on adrenaline while looking, from the outside, like a man with his act together. What fixed it wasn’t more discipline. It was building systems in the right order, and having someone who’d notice when I quietly stopped running them.
That’s what this is. Not a training plan. Not a business consult. A read on the whole board, then the smallest number of changes that move it.
Apply if
- You’re carrying real weight — a business, a family, or both
- You’ve already worked the free material and want it applied to your specifics
- You’d rather be told the truth than managed
- You’ll do the work between conversations, not just during them
Don’t apply if
- You want a meal plan and a lifting split
- You’re hoping accountability alone will do it
- You haven’t tried The Forge yet — start there, it’s free
- You need clinical help. That’s a doctor’s job, not mine
Step one
Start with a conversation
Email me at dialediron@gmail.com with Coaching in the subject line. Tell me where you are, what you’ve already tried, and what you want to be true a year from now. Three paragraphs is plenty.
If it looks like a fit we’ll talk. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you that plainly and point you at whatever would actually help, even when that isn’t me.
Not ready to write that email? Get on the list. You’ll hear when slots open, and the weekly dispatch in the meantime.
Cheaper doors, same building.
Coaching is the most expensive way to work with me and most men don’t need it. The Forge is free and hands you the entire Field Manual. The Brotherhood adds weekly calls and a room that notices when you go quiet. Work those first. If you still want the direct version after that, you’ll get far more out of it.
